The June 2024 Plan Commission hearing resulted in a unanimous recommendation, and the Village Board granted zoning relief to accommodate parking lot improvements alongside the indoor recreation use. The permit approval enables Triple Crown Training to formally establish its presence in Frankfort and expand its year‑round baseball and softball training operations from the industrial site.
