The new facility, expected to mirror the Sykesville center, will feature turfed surfaces, LED lighting, netted ceilings, batting cages, training tunnels, and a rentable pitching bullpen. Top Gun will occupy approximately half the building, while indoor tennis operations will continue in the remaining space.
