Variety Village Athletic Club

The Variety Village Athletic Club hosted the All Comers Mini Meet on March 15, 2026 at the Wise Family Field House in Scarborough. The indoor, provincially sanctioned competition featured events including 60m, 200m, and 60m hurdles across U14 and open categories. In the men’s 60m final, Roschmel Guillen claimed first place with a time of 6.96 seconds, followed closely by Scott Banza with 7.00 seconds and Roxroy Cato at 7.03 seconds. In the women’s 60m final, Soriyah Dakin secured gold with a time of 7.86 seconds, ahead of Sarah Igbinobaro (8.00) and Anjali Pushpanathan (8.32). The meet provided eligible performances for Canadian and world rankings.
