The Pulaski River Turtles extended their win streak to three games following a 7–3 victory over the Danville Otterbots. The Appalachian League debut of local pitcher Avery Mabe was a highlight, as he delivered four shutout innings, surrendering only two hits while striking out five. Romeo Ballesteros launched a two‑run double in the second inning to spark the offense, followed by a sac‑fly from Mike Bolton Jr., and a solo home run by Alec DeMartino in the fifth. Michael Groves and Konner Kinkade added an RBI single and sac‑fly, respectively, while DeMartino’s homer in the fifth sealed the commanding win for the club. The team looks to complete the sweep in the rematch on Saturday.
