CLUB DE JUDO ROUYN-NORANDA

Club de Judo Rouyn‑Noranda saw two of its judokas, Zachary Mainville and Thomas Warolin, capture the gold medal in the Nage‑no‑kata U‑21 category at the European Kata Tournament held in Madrid on September 6, 2025. Representing the club, the pair achieved a score of 386.5, beating their closest competitors by 17.5 points. The event, organized by the Spanish Judo Federation, featured over 154 athletes from 13 nations. Following their standout performance, the duo is preparing to compete at the World Championships in Paris this November.
