Girls Take the Field

Girls Take the Field has commenced its Spring 2025 flag football season in Bloomfield Hills and Birmingham, offering all‑girls programs across multiple age divisions through SNAPtivities. Registration remains open for K‑12 participants, including a new high school division for grades 9‑12, hosted at North Hills Middle School and Birmingham Seaholm High School. The initiative is part of the official NFL Flag League and continues to expand opportunities for girls in the region. The season officially began with team practices on April 12, followed by game schedules distributed to coaches by April 18, and the first games held on April 26. All sessions combine one hour of practice with one hour of games, fostering both skill development and competitive play.
