District 22 American Legion Baseball will begin its 101st season on June 7 in Encinitas, featuring more than 240 players across 12 teams. The regular season comprises 10 games, concluding on July 7, followed by a postseason tournament scheduled for July 9–12. The team known as ald22baseball falls within this league structure and is positioned to compete under the District 22 American Legion banner. The program, revived in 2018, continues its longstanding tradition in the San Diego County amateur baseball scene.
