D‑BAT Newark, the baseball and softball training facility in Newark, Delaware, has achieved remarkable milestones during its first year of operation. Under owner Tom Emig’s leadership, the club registered a 106% increase in revenue and a 271% rise in membership, averaging 24 new members per month. The facility marked its anniversary with a community event, reinforcing its expanding role in the local youth sports landscape. Utilizing management software from Upper Hand has aided the team in streamlining bookings, tracking financials, and enhancing client experience. The club continues to host a range of programs including private lessons, camps, clinics, and cage rentals for athletes ages 8–18, solidifying its reputation as a high-capacity, community-oriented training center.
