Arlon Hockey Club recently hosted a large-scale interschool tournament on April 16, 2026, involving approximately 300 fifth‑grade pupils drawn from across the Province of Luxembourg. The tournament served as the provincial qualifying phase ahead of the Hockey World Cup 2026, slated to take place in Belgium this summer. Schools that advanced from Arlon earn entry to the final event scheduled for July 2 at the new Wavre stadium, with the opportunity for select students to attend the Red Panthers match on August 24.

Simultaneously, the club is preparing for a busy summer, including its Thursday Night Summer League throughout June and a Family Day on June 28, as well as a concluding final on June 27. These events underline Arlon’s role in promoting youth engagement and community involvement in hockey ahead of the international showcase.
