JOBL Concord has published its Player and Parent Guidelines, setting clear expectations across divisions. Highlights include minimum playing time for every player each game, limits on the number of managers/coaches on the field, and practice and scheduling parameters [1].

Game-day operations are spelled out: the home team sets up and breaks down the field, provides the official scorekeeper, and both managers sign the official scoresheet after the final out [1]. Conduct and facility rules remain firm—no alcohol or glass on the complex, no smoking or tobacco products on fields or in dugouts, and no animals at the fields [1].
