Salinas Baseball Academy

The Houston Softball team snapped an 11-game losing streak with a 6–1 road victory over Texas A&M–Corpus Christi on March 31 at Chapman Field in Corpus Christi. Salinas Baseball Academy observes from afar as the Cougars staged a season-best offensive output, scoring all of their runs in the first inning. Junior Makenna Mitchell recorded a multi-hit, multi-RBI performance, while Ariel Redmond and Hailey Gore each contributed multi-hit games. Senior Nicole Bodeux earned her third win of the season in relief, pitching three hitless innings and striking out two.
