The Minnesota Twins Spring Training Headquarters at Lee Health Sports Complex in Fort Myers hosted an Open House and Health Fair on February 16, 2026. In conjunction with Lee Health, the club offered free admission, complimentary parking, and half‑price concessions to fans. On‑field workouts featured a full‑squad participation including players like Byron Buxton, Luke Keaschall, Brooks Lee, Royce Lewis, Pablo López, and Joe Ryan. The health fair, conducted alongside the sporting events, provided more than 35 free screenings and services such as EKGs for youth, lung screenings, CPR training, blood pressure checks, and information on nutrition and injury prevention. The event also allowed children to play ball alongside Twins players on the field. The initiative blended team outreach with fan engagement at the spring training facility.
