It sustains a membership of around 50 golfers while offering exceptionally low fees—just $50 for new members and $5 greens fees—compared to regional and metropolitan averages. The clubhouse, a former schoolroom, buzzes every Saturday with social interaction, homemade refreshments, and fundraising events such as an annual tournament supporting the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal.
