Fairview Golf Club

The City Council of St. Joseph has approved a $294,295 expenditure from the Parks Sales Tax fund to purchase a new fleet of 45 golf carts along with one beverage cart and one range cart for Fairview Golf Club. This move ends the club’s reliance on leased vehicles and transitions to a proactive ownership model intended to improve fleet management and reduce maintenance costs. The golf carts will be 2026 Club Car Tempo gas models, and the acquisition complements ongoing $1.5 million renovation efforts across the course, including pond, bridge, and sprinkler system improvements.
