St. George's SC

St. George’s SC, based in Buff Bay, Portland, regained prominence with a return to top-level Jamaican football, initially securing promotion to the Jamaica National Premier League in June 2007. The club, founded in 1962, plays its home matches at Lynch Park and operates under a management structure that includes President Kingsley Chin and Operations Manager Oraine Selvin. In the 2024–25 season, the team competed in the JFF Championship, finishing 14th and experiencing relegation from the top tier. The team remains a significant presence in Portland’s football landscape through various local competitions and rebuilding efforts. St. George’s SC continues to serve as a foundational institution in regional football development.
