Spartans Sports Factory maintains its role as Northern New Jersey’s longest-established full-time baseball and softball training facility, operating in Northvale since 1992 at 192 Paris Avenue. The club offers indoor hitting and pitching programs under professional instruction and counts seven MLB draft selections and six collegiate All‑Americans among its alumni, alongside numerous All‑State and All‑County players. Headed by lead instructor Juan Nieves, a respected coach with over a decade at the facility, the staff includes former standout players and educators, with Erika Flynn directing the softball program. The club continues its mission to develop youth athletes through skill development in a professional environment.
