Richland Youth Association (which operates RYA baseball and softball programs including those under REYO Baseball in North Richland Hills) presented a 2025 city program update highlighting plans to enhance local baseball infrastructure. The association proposed additional field lighting at Cross Timbers Park field CT4, installation of batting cages, and all‑dirt or turfed infield base‑paths across all baseball fields. Improvements also include additional shade pavilions at Richfield Park’s right‑field seating areas to better accommodate youth teams. These enhancements aim to support REYO Baseball by improving field conditions and amenities for players over the coming seasons.
