In a closely contested Uganda Premier League clash at Bombo Barracks Military Grounds, Police FC edged UPDF FC 2-1 on November 6, 2025. Police’s Deus Bukenya gave the visitors the lead, with substitute Derrick Maviiri restoring the advantage late in the match after UPDF’s Rashid Farid equalized in the 88th minute. UPDF FC pushed for a late equalizer, but a Ronald Kayondo header struck the crossbar as Police maintained their narrow lead to the final whistle. The result leaves UPDF FC still seeking their first win of the season, while Police FC climbed joint top of the league standings at that stage.
