Mayhem Baseball Club

Newton County school teams took part in the recent Mayhem Invitational at Salem High School, with Social Circle, Alcovy and Eastside facing off against clubs from Rockdale County. Across the six-game showcase, Newton County teams finished with a 3‑3 split, demonstrating competitive balance in the event. The Mayhem Invitational provided a platform for local high school baseball and softball programs to measure their progress early in the season, featuring both boys’ and girls’ squads from the region.
