Gällivare Sportklubb

The municipality of Gällivare is moving forward with development of a new multi‑activity facility that includes space for wrestling and similar martial arts disciplines. The 385‑square‑meter hall will accommodate three large mats, enabling Gällivare Sportklubb and other regional martial arts groups to conduct training and events in modern facilities. The multipurpose design secures upgraded infrastructure for combat sports in the region, potentially benefiting the club’s future activities. The facility’s plan was most recently updated on March 11, 2026.
