A new indoor sports training facility branded as “The Lab” now serves the Petoskey area, offering designated locations for Baseball and Softball development. The Petoskey Lab is conveniently housed above Center City Gym in downtown Petoskey, while a second facility north of downtown Indian River expands access to athletes to the north and east. Both locations offer turf training spaces suitable for team practices and individual development. Available amenities include cage access, equipment (including bases, tees, ladders, and cones), and rental for 12 two-hour sessions at the Indian River site. Rental bookings require a coach to be present during all practices, and the facilities support both season preparation and off‑season training.
