McDermott Baseball

McDermott Baseball continues its youth outreach through the McDermott Athletic Centerʼs ABA Hooligans Introduction to Club Baseball Program in Rio Rancho. Designed for players ages 6U–9U, the eight‑week program runs on Sundays from March 10 to May 8 and includes skills training in hitting, fielding, throwing, pitching, baserunning, situational scenarios, and scrimmages. The team environment aims to bridge the gap between Little League and club‑level competition, and also supports parents interested in coaching through required training and background checks. McDermott Baseball remains actively involved in nurturing grassroots baseball development in the region.
