Futebol Training in the Portland area has taken a major step forward with the naming of the joint training facility for the Portland Thorns and WNBA’s Portland Fire. The centre will now be known as the Kaiser Permanente Performance Center and will serve as a dedicated training complex for both women’s soccer and basketball, offering integrated sports medicine and athlete care on site. The facility, located in Hillsboro and slated to open in 2026, features two full-size soccer pitches, multiple courts, strength and conditioning areas, recovery spaces, and community programming.
