The Diamond Collective

The Diamond Collective has turned a converted training space into a roughly 20,000‑square‑foot baseball and softball hub designed for skill work, after‑school support and community events in South Baltimore. The multi‑use layout hosts hitting, pitching, strength and conditioning, team practices, clinics and camps [1][5].

The operation follows an incubator model, bringing multiple mission‑aligned groups under one roof to expand access, mentorship and academic support for city youth [1]. The building includes indoor batting cages, a fielding area and a premium gym/boxing space for development across the diamond [5].

The facility sits at 1205 S. Carey St. in Baltimore, anchoring programming and training close to the neighborhoods it serves [3].

Memberships are tiered: the Diamond Plan offers extensive daily access and discounts on camps and lessons; the Family Plan extends similar benefits to up to five members; and the Platinum Plan includes 24/7 access and deeper discounts.
