Holistic Baseball continues to advance its digital offerings with the expansion of its Online Hitting Academy, providing youth and adult baseball and softball players with personalized swing analysis and drill recommendations. The program delivers interactive video feedback, a comprehensive library of drills, and coach annotations, enabling athletes to improve mechanics without traveling to training facilities. Headed by Coach Brett Balkan—a former standout at San Diego Mesa College and All‑American honoree—the academy emphasizes convenience alongside development through remote access and expert instruction. Holistic Baseball further integrates mental and physical training to support comprehensive player growth in the San Diego region.
