The City of Corpus Christi has finalized a License Use Agreement enabling the Oso Pony Baseball League to continue operations at the Southside Sports Complex, located at 1901 Paul Jones Avenue, under an expanded, affordable rental model. Nonprofit youth sports organizations, including the club, can now rent fields at reduced rates—$4.25 per hour without lights and $5.25 per hour with lights. The agreement entrusts facility maintenance to the city’s Parks & Recreation Athletic Fields Maintenance Team and is designed to enhance access while supporting programming. The Oso Pony Baseball League benefits directly from the city's initiative to maximize access to its athletic facilities.
