Kenai Little League

City officials in Kenai are considering renaming South Spruce Street to Kenai Beach Street, which provides access to the Kenai Little League fields, Leeshore Center and the Boys and Girls Clubhouse. The renaming effort, driven by Vice Mayor Henry Knackstedt, aims to make navigation easier for both residents and visitors. The proposal has moved to the Planning and Zoning Commission for review before a vote scheduled for early July. Kenai Little League fields would continue to be served by the road under its new name, improving wayfinding without altering existing access to the league’s facilities.
