San Diego FC’s Right to Dream Academy, located near Chula Vista in El Cajon, opened its doors in late September 2025 as a fully funded residential soccer and education program for youth players. The club’s inaugural U‑13 cohort of 17 student‑athletes lives, attends school, and trains alongside professionals from the local MLS side. The academy aims to provide a structured development environment with plans to expand into additional age groups and include girls’ teams in future years.
