Central Coast Phillies Baseball

The Central Coast Phillies Baseball organization of Paso Robles has announced the formation of an 18‑and‑under showcase softball team, aimed at high school athletes seeking exposure to college recruiters. The team will compete in four Northern California tournaments known to attract college coaches. The showcase effort is guided by former college pitcher Elise Foster, with assistance from high school coaches from Paso Robles to Santa Maria. Tryouts are scheduled for August 2, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Liberty High School in Paso Robles. This initiative complements the club’s existing programs and underscores its ongoing emphasis on player development across baseball and softball. The club was originally founded in 2020 following the opening of its Paso Robles base facility.
