BSF Elite Performance in Henrico has initiated its off‑season training programs tailored specifically for baseball and softball teams, based on its 360° Athletic Development Model. The 12‑week regimen includes combine athleticism testing, sport‑specific metrics assessments, twice‑weekly training sessions, mobility routines, and mental performance elements such as “5‑Minute Mindset Mastery” sessions and monthly seminars. The programs commenced in early November 2025 and extend through mid‑February, with several youth teams, including 12U Nielsen Softball and 11U Purcell Baseball, returning for a second consecutive year. The club structures training to develop strength, power, speed, agility, flexibility, and mindset in a measured and progressive manner.
