BSF Elite Performance has officially opened registration for its 12‑week off‑season team training in Henrico, aimed at developing baseball and softball athletes through its BSF 360° Athletic Development Model. The structured program includes two training sessions per week, starting in mid‑ to late November and running through mid‑ to late February. Participating teams receive combine athleticism testing (initial and final), at‑home bodyweight training plans, flexibility routines, weekly “5‑Minute Mindset Mastery” sessions, and access to monthly mental performance seminars from November through February. Enrollment is limited, with three teams already committed to the program. The training takes place at BSF Elite’s weight room at 7511 Ranco Rd., Henrico. The club’s Tiered programming continues to emphasize holistic athlete development through strength, power, mobility and mindset components. The club is also co‑hosting a 4‑week rotational power and speed & agility programs at the IYG Baseball & Softball facility for 10‑12U athletes in November and December, focusing on bat speed, exit velocity and multidirectional movement.
