The Jersey Shore BlueClaws delivered a commanding 7‑0 victory over the Brooklyn Cyclones on April 12, 2026, completing a series win after capturing four of six games. Three pitchers combined on a three‑hit shutout, while Jose Colmenares collected three hits and scored twice. The offense ignited in the fifth inning, with Brady Day’s RBI double, a sacrifice fly from Kodey Shojinaga and an RBI single by Luke Davis putting the team ahead. An additional run followed in the sixth, courtesy of a sac fly by John Spikerman, and in the eighth, an infield single off a misplay added three more runs. Gabriel Barbosa closed out the game for his first save of the season. The team will head to Rome and Bowling Green before returning to ShoreTown Ballpark on April 28.
