Mayhem Baseball Club

The Mayhem Baseball Club’s 10‑and‑under travel squad, the Mayhem Bad Boys, secured the USSSA World Series title at Gulfport, Mississippi, in only the team’s second season. Coached by Newton Rams leader Andre Byrd and supported by team parents David York and Tinsley Bailey, the squad advanced rapidly through tournament play to claim the championship. The achievement reflects the rising competitive profile of the club in the Covington area, further underscored by other Newton County teams performing strongly in regional USSSA tournaments.
