New Level Baseball & Softball’s program in Puyallup continues to demonstrate competitive strength in recent tournaments. The 8th Grade Misfits team secured second place at the USSSA April Slugfest, while the 10U Harrison squad also claimed a runner-up finish in the USSSA Queens of the Northwest competition. Pitching performances stood out, including Violet Winburn’s 16 2/3 innings with 40 strikeouts and a 2.52 ERA, along with flawless outings from Kai Christensen and Caydence Johnson. The club’s 14U Helms team captured the USSSA Crack the Egg championship, and notably, Lacey Linscott achieved the program’s first-ever over-the-fence home run at the 10U level. Prosecuting these results underscores consistent player development across age groups.
