Hudson Baseball Center’s 10U Crushers team secured a championship at the Memorial Day Classic tournament, held last spring at Diamond Nation in Flemington. The Union City–based squad finished the weekend with a 5‑0‑1 record and a +29 run differential, clinching the title with a 3‑2 victory over Flood City Elite‑Miller from Johnstown, Pa. Pitcher Jack Grant delivered a standout performance, earning MVP honors with a two‑hitter complete game, including eight strikeouts. Jameson Spitaleri delivered a key two‑run double in the third inning that ultimately decided the final. The club remains notable within the region for its competitive youth baseball development.
