Karate-Dojo Emmendingen

Karate‑Dojo Emmendingen organized a kata seminar led by German record champion Timo Gißler (5th Dan) on Saturday, May 10, 2025. The event took place at the gymnasium hall of the Goethe‑Gymnasium in Emmendingen and featured segmented sessions tailored to varying skill levels. Participants ranging from 9th–6th Kyu focused on the Heian Sandan form, while the advanced group worked on Jion, including kata execution and bunkai applications. The seminar was hosted by Karate‑Dojo Emmendingen e. V., chaired by Klaus Niederstenschee. Fees were set at €10 for attendees up to age 13 and €20 for those 14 and older.
