Jefferson County Youth Football

Jefferson County Youth Football’s local counterpart in Ranson, the Jefferson County United Soccer Club, has announced that registration for its Spring Jr. Soccer and Transition Soccer programs closes on March 31, 2026. The club also unveiled tentative tryout dates for its 11U–19U travel soccer teams for the 2026–27 season, with registration required by May 30, 2026. Additionally, the club highlighted a shift in age group formation: beginning with the upcoming season, youth teams will be organized according to an August 1 to July 31 cycle to better align players with their school-grade peers. The club continues to facilitate both in‑house and travel soccer opportunities for regional youth. The changes may be of interest to Jefferson County Youth Football participants transitioning to soccer.
