The Cleveland Guardians have partnered with Cuyahoga Community College’s Western Campus and national operator EL1 Sports to establish a year‑round baseball and softball training center in Parma, Ohio. The facility, scheduled to open in late spring 2026, will feature over 20,000 square feet of indoor space equipped for team training, clinics, and individual lessons in hitting, pitching and fielding, enhanced by advanced performance technology. Guardians players, coaches and scouts will contribute to curriculum development, aligning instruction with modern player‑development standards. The initiative aims to broaden access to baseball, softball and sports‑industry career pathways in Northeast Ohio.
