BRSCC (North West Centre) has launched its 2026 campaign with the traditional Season Opener held on 11 April at Oulton Park International Circuit. The event featured five distinct championships, including the Fun Cup Endurance Championship, the MG Cockshoot Cup alongside the Hickford Construction MG Metro Cup, the Modified Ford Series, and the debut of the Classic Mini Racing Championship under the club’s banner. The season opener offered a diverse racing programme combining endurance, sprint battles, and the inaugural appearance of classic Minis in club motorsport. The club continues to reaffirm its role in UK grassroots racing through these varied and competitive events.
