Seymour Little League

Berlin’s Little League Softball team secured the Section 2 title with a 6–0 victory over Seymour Little League at Simsbury’s district final held July 5, 2025. Seymour, representing District 3, was held scoreless despite singles from Cara Liposky, Savannah Mulligan and Kendall Dillon, while Berlin tallied all their runs in the first four innings. Alexis Gorneault delivered a strong pitching performance for Berlin, limiting Seymour to just three hits and striking out five. Seymour coach Meredith Barton commended her pitching staff’s effort and adaptability under pressure.
