The University of Greenwich has formalised a collaboration with the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) aimed at enhancing tennis education and community engagement. Under the “Tier 1” partnership, the LTA will provide specialised workshops to students enrolled in teacher training programmes, equipping them to deliver tennis instruction in schools. The agreement also secures year-round backing for a student tennis ambassador, plus increased access to work placements within the LTA and local tennis networks. The initiative underscores the University of Greenwich’s commitment to fostering both educational development and growth of tennis participation across the region.
