The Town of North Hempstead recently completed upgrades to four Little League baseball fields, introducing synthetic turf infields at Caemmerer Park, Fuschillo Park and the Eight & Asbury Ballfield. The renovation includes installation of state-of-the-art turf surfaces designed to enhance playability and minimize weather-related cancellations. Additional work involved soil excavation, turf installation, new curbing and irrigation adjustments, portable mound placement, and fence reconfiguration. These enhancements provide modern improvements to local baseball field infrastructure, supporting youth baseball and softball activities across the community.
