SCEA De La Licorne, formerly known as EARL De La Licorne, has officially transitioned its legal structure and business parameters, the transformation being finalized as of June 30, 2025. The change was published in the Bodacc on July 10, 2025, indicating a reduction in capital by €164.34, an extension of the company's duration to 99 years, and a change in legal form to a Société Civile d’Exploitation Agricole (SCEA) under its new name, SCEA De La Licorne, located in Onet‑le‑Château. The club continues to operate at its Domaine de Puech Maynade headquarters, now under updated governance and structure.
