Healdsburg Prune Packers

The Healdsburg Prune Packers secured their fifth consecutive Pacific Empire League championship after defeating the Humboldt Crabs 9-4 in Game 3 of the best-of-three series on August 1, 2025, at Recreation Park in Healdsburg. The Packers opened the scoring early and leaned on strong pitching, including 2 2/3 innings of relief from Hunter Hargett, who recorded seven strikeouts and allowed just one earned run. Cade Ladehoff delivered a pivotal two-run single in the sixth inning and finished with a game-high four RBIs. The victory extended a summer league dynasty, as the team has now claimed the PEL title each year since the league’s inception. The Healdsburg Prune Packers returned to the field in June 2025, continuing their dominance throughout the season.
