Owen Sound Minor Baseball reports a substantial increase in participation for the upcoming season, with over 360 players registered across 5U through 18U divisions, and more than 400 including those in the new 22U Jr Baysox and Sr Baysox squads—marking a growth of over 200% in five years. The club has finalized team compositions ranging from six house teams at 5U and 7U, to Select and Rep squads across older age groups. Notably, a new Challenger Baseball adaptive program will launch starting June 5, coordinated by Jason Dantas aimed at athletes with physical or cognitive disabilities.
