Horsens fS, Fodbold has bolstered its coaching staff with the appointment of Niels Lodberg to the trainer team for the club’s senior Danmarksserie (DS) squad. The club confirmed on January 20, 2026, that Lodberg is stepping in following Jesper Juelsgaard’s departure for personal reasons, with the agreement extending until summer 2026. Lodberg brings extensive experience, having represented Lyngby, FC Nordsjælland, AC Horsens and Sønderjyske as a player, and served as assistant coach at FC Midtjylland until December 2024. He will work alongside head coach Casper Johansen and goalkeeper coach Søren Jochumsen, with club official Lars Jæger expressing satisfaction with the new setup. The team aims to reinforce its sporting structure and continuity under Lodberg’s guidance.
