The Hornsby Ku‑ring‑gai pickleball Association lnc (SUNS) could benefit from recent developments in racquet sport infrastructure as Ku‑ring‑gai Council has opened new pickleball courts at Regimental Park in Killara and Warrimoo Tennis Courts in St Ives, as part of a 12‑month trial to support the sport’s rapid expansion in the area. The staged rollout of additional venues such as Lofberg Oval, Canoon Rd Netball Courts and St Ives Village Green is designed to enhance accessibility and recreational opportunities for local players, aligning with the club’s mission to grow the game within Hornsby and Ku‑ring‑gai.
