Milbank, Post 9 B’s American Legion Baseball team was eliminated from the Centennial Classic tournament following an 8–3 defeat to LaMoure (N.D.) Post 19. Milbank had opened tournament play with a 10–0 loss to Broken Bow (Neb.) Post 126 before the setback to LaMoure, concluding its participation in the double-elimination event commemorating the centennial of American Legion Baseball. The contest featured early scoring from both sides, with Milbank briefly tying the game, but ultimately LaMoure pulled ahead to secure the victory and extend its own tournament run. Milbank, Post 9 B now shifts focus ahead of its next season.
