Kenai Little League

Kenai Little League fields once again served as a pivotal venue as the Kenai Central and Soldotna baseball teams prepared to contest the Division II state championship at Coral Seymour Memorial Park on June 6, 2025. The title game, scheduled for 4 p.m., hinged on improving weather conditions after earlier cancellations of other tournament matches. Kenai Central advanced following a 13‑1 victory over North Pole, while Soldotna secured its berth with a 7‑3 win over Monroe Catholic in the semifinals. The matchup offered strong local interest, pitting two familiar rivals against one another under uncertain skies.
