The 26th Jack Mooney Golf Day at Junee Golf Club saw a notable rise in participation, with 47 players taking part—an increase of approximately 40% on previous years. The Ambrose-format event delivered a 57% uplift in revenue for the club. Volunteers and the Mooney family contributed to the event’s success, with a commemorative Jack Mooney walk and a plaque installed on one of his favourite holes, complemented by Bunnings-donated plantings. Winners Denis Lord and his son defended their title, while the club anticipates continued growth for the tournament’s 27th edition.
